Shipping

  • Packaging

All our orders are carefully packaged to avoid any damages during transit. Please contact us ASAP if you receive a damaged order.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

We will do our best complete and deliver your finished product(s) within 15 business days after payment is received. This timeframe includes shipping to the destination provided in the order.   If you have a special timing requirement, please contact us.  We will try to accommodate a rush order for you. 

  • Shipping

We ship to the mailing address specified on your order. Your most cost effective shipping method will be UPS Ground.  For a rush order, please select the expedite option at the moment of checkout.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive and email message with your tracking number.

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 10 calendar days. If 10 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  FOR PRODUCTS IN FINAL SALE -  NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

  • How to Return  

Please contact us within 10 calendar days to arrange the refund (If Applicable).

  • Damaged Items

When your package is delivered please check to ensure it is in perfect condition before signing and if it is not, please bring this to the attention of the courier and contact us within the next 5 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges  

If you are not happy with the quality of your order, contact us within 10 calendar days  and we will redo it free of charge.

  • Refunds (if applicable)

After contacting us, we will provide the instructions for the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Can i make a correction after the order has been submitted?

If your order has been submitted but not entered into production, you will be able to make a correction to your order. please contact us for correction requests

Use & Care

  • How can i take care of the art i have purchased?

Fingerprints, dirt and dust can be wiped out with a dry soft cloth (microfiber rags work really well).  Do not wipe or clean the photo!

  • Any suggestions on how to hang my art?

Sure, please follow these tips:

    • Avoid direct sunlight to your art
    • Do not hang it to high:
      • Framed art should be seen at eye level (for some one 5 to 6 feet tall)
      • For art hanging over furniture the lower edge of the frame should be 6 inches above the top edge of the furniture
